Every day in my job at HELM is a little different and that is what keeps things exciting and interesting. A typical day in my job can include in person sales calls to our multiple distribution partners or conference calls to discuss the latest pricing trends in China. I am invited to be involved and have input on a wide variety of decisions that impact our business. Whether giving input on product pricing and production volumes or working with HELM colleagues and University researchers identifying products to launch in our local markets.
I am allowed to be engaged in diverse assignments. These assignments sharpen my expertise and knowledge of specialized agriculture in a way that generates positive outcomes for our customers, our industry and our company. Through the diversity of assignments that HELM fosters I am able to possess a more thorough understanding of the markets where we operate and add value to our product offering.
